Delivery

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery. Orders over £50 may be sent by courier so please be aware that a signature may be required.

Please advise us if you have not received your order within 7 days. We will be unable to follow up any claim for non-delivery or damage in transit later than 28 days from dispatch.

We are only able to ship goods within the United Kingdom and Ireland. If you wish to order goods for overseas, please contact us and we will provide you with contact details of a relevant distributor.

 

Returns Policy

The returns policy is for goods purchased direct from Hit Air UK Limited.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, the goods may be returned for a refund or exchange. Goods must be returned in their original condition (Air Vests must not have been inflated) with all original tags and labels attached, within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

Please REMOVE the canister before sending the vest back to us unless returning by an authorised carrier. CO2 canisters are considered dangerous goods and cannot be sent by Royal Mail or Parceforce. Hit Air cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or confiscated on return to us.

Applicable refunds will be made for the original purchase price of the goods against the original form of tender.

Return postage costs will be the customers responsibility, except in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so please ensure that you retain the receipt for the returned parcel until you have been credited for the goods.

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations when goods are faulty.
