Servicing your Hit Air Vests
We recommend servicing your vest annually, after a heavy fall or six inflations, whichever is sooner.
You can pre-pay for your service here and continue shopping to add any further items to your basket that you would like us to return with your serviced vest.
You will receive an email confirmation with a link to download a service form which you must include in the parcel with your vest. Alternatively click the Download Service Form link below.
Please remove your canister (which can be simply unscrewed) and return to the address on the form using a tracked service. The price of the vest service includes return to you by carrier.
We aim to service and return your vests to you within 7 days though this may depend on any remedial work required.

*Testing was conducted under laboratory conditions by the Japanese Automobile Research Institute and TNO Netherlands and is the time taken from activation of the key ball mechanism to the point of full inflation.
