Horse Exercise Sheet – Hi Viz

Horse Exercise Sheet

The Equisafety Horse Exercise Sheet is a high-visibility, reflective exercise sheet designed to keep your horse visible, comfortable and protected when riding in changing weather conditions.

Made from a tough, high-performance fabric, the rug is 100% waterproof, breathable and windproof, providing reliable protection from the elements while remaining lightweight enough to help prevent the horse from overheating. The outer fabric also offers increased abrasion and snag resistance, making it suitable for regular use throughout the year.

High Visibility & 360° Reflectivity

The exercise sheet combines fluorescent high-visibility fabric with 360° reflective detailing, helping to make the horse highly conspicuous from multiple directions in both daylight and low-light conditions.

For riders who hack in the dark, Equisafety flashing attachments can also be fitted to both the front and rear of the rug for additional visibility.

Lightweight, Breathable Protection

The rug has been specifically designed to provide weather protection without adding unnecessary weight or causing the horse to overheat.

A moisture-wicking inner fabric helps manage moisture and improve comfort, while the lightly quilted lining provides a soft layer of thin padding against the horse.

The durable performance outer fabric provides additional resistance against abrasion and snagging while remaining breathable, waterproof and windproof.

Secure Wraparound Design

The exercise sheet is generously cut in depth to provide excellent coverage, including for larger horses.

Equisafety’s unique, specially designed girth slits help keep the rug securely positioned and prevent it from slipping while the horse is moving. A belly strap provides additional security and helps prevent the rug from blowing up, even in strong winds.

A filet string can also be attached at the rear of the rug if required, although this is not supplied with the exercise sheet.

Adjustable Chest Protector

A fully adjustable and detachable chest protector is positioned at the top of the pommel area. Its positioning is designed to provide additional coverage without interfering with the horse’s natural movement.

The adjustable design also allows the fit to be adapted to the individual horse.

Use With or Without a Saddle

The Equisafety Wraparound Rug isn’t limited to ridden exercise. It can also be used without a saddle by securing it with a surcingle, making it a versatile option for long reining or leading as well as hacking and ridden work.
